Mindfulness for Teens For Schools Program & Retreats

There are 1.2 billion teenagers in the world of 4.7 billion adults. And what they see most and hear from the adult world is competition, stress, burnout and hollow relationships. This is our gift to the future of tomorrow. Where we intend to introduce and help teenagers learn specific "mindfulness skills" and excel beyond the judgments and fear of the adult world. Mindfulness teaches students how to pay attention to the present moment. Our comprehensive, mindfulness-based social & emotional learning curriculum equips you and your students with all of the tools you need to reduce the impact of trauma and improve student outcomes. From cultivating pleasure to acceptance, From turning anger to meaning, From excelling in school to excelling in life. We have got everything covered in a 12 session framework well researched and designed for the world! One to One Online Emotional Well being Coaching

We offer one to one coaching to help anyone who want to have more clarity and deeper understanding of themselves We equip them with the right tools and techniques to have more self awareness and attain fulfillment in their daily lives The techniques are simple and easy to incorporate into our daily lives which will enable anyone to handle everyday challenges gracefully .

Stress Management Program

This program offers techniques to help someone cope with or lessen the physical and emotional effects of everyday life pressure. Stress management involves controlling and reducing the tension that occurs in stressful situations by making emotional and physical changes. The degree of stress and the desire to make the changes will determine how much change takes place.

Trainer Profile

Sheila Menon has an Honours Degree in Law ,  Certificate of Legal Practice and a Diploma in TESL. ( Teaching of English as a Second Language ). She is a HRDF certified trainer .

Sheila discovered her true passion was for human capital development and moved into a career in training and development 12 years ago.

Malaysian clients that have benefited from Sheila’s consulting/training session range from learning institutions, financial institutions, telecommunication companies to government agencies.

Sheila’s core training programs are Functional English, Communication Skills and Customer Service. Sheila also conducts Youth Empowerment programs which includes Employability Skills, Youth Camps and Teen Retreats focusing on empowering youths in lifelong skills and creating employable and industry ready graduates.

During the pandemic Sheila discovered there was an unprecedented rise in mental health challenges which inspired her to study the science of positive psychology and she is truly passionate in creating Happiness & Mindfulness initiatives for schools and organizations to promote and sustain well being for students and employees. She is a Certified Happiness & Mindfulness Coach and a Workplace Happiness Specialist from Berkeley Institute of Well Being ,California and Happitude Global, one of the leading organizations in the sphere of emotional wellbeing.

Sheila brings with her a wealth of experience in the field of training and consultancy. This enables her to present a balanced perspective to her participants while adopting a supportive approach where the participants are the key players, making her coaching stimulating, fun and thought provoking.
