Sheila Menon is a experienced trainer and consultant with a comprehensive background in mental health, well-being, and human capital development. As a certified Mental Health First Aider with the Malaysian Mental Health Association (MMHA) and a Neuro Linguistic Programming(NLP) Practitioner Sheila brings a wealth of expertise to her role as a Emotional Well Being Coach. Her credentials include specialized training as a Happiness & Mindfulness Coach and Workplace Happiness Specialist from the Berkeley School of Wellness at the University of California and Happitude Global,as well as certifications in Emotional Well-being Coaching and Mental Health Practice from the School of Applied Psychology,Ireland. Additionally, Sheila holds certifications in Level One Emotional Freedom Technique and Reiki Healing. With an Honours Degree in Law, a Certificate of Legal Practice, and a Diploma in TESL (Teaching
of English as a Second Language), Sheila combines her extensive educational background with over 15 years of experience in training and development. As a HRDF certified trainer, she has delivered impactful training across a diverse range of sectors, including Ministries, Government Agencies, Corporate Organizations, and Educational Institutions. Her expertise spans Service Culture Transformation, Communication Skills, Youth Employability Programs, Stress Management, and Functional English Programs.
 
During the pandemic, Sheila’s role as a Consultant for the National Banking of Bank Employees highlighted an unprecedented rise in mental health challenges. This experience ignited her passion for exploring the inner self and developing strategies to help individuals overcome obstacles and thrive in both their personal and professional lives. Sheila’s focus is on fostering and maintaining well-being within schools and organizations. She advocates for the integration of mindfulness and emotional well-being practices, aiming to enhance the overall quality of life for students and employees alike. Her approach is characterized by a balanced perspective and a supportive stance, ensuring that her coaching sessions are not only engaging and enjoyable but also deeply thought-provoking, facilitating meaningful growth and development.
